To leverage the success of of its Bourbon County Brand barrel aged stout series, Goose Island created the Cooper Project. Mighty Few was tasked with creating an identity and packaging system for this new series of unique barrel-aged beer for Chicago drinkers. The design mirrors the sophistication and refinement of the Bourbon County brand reframed in a system that highlights the small-batch spirit of the beers.
Being a client in a city with a competitive beer scene, it is important to work with people who are familiar with what is relevant within the industry. This is where these guys come in – I’m always excited to have them work on projects. They seem to know what I’m looking for simply by having a conversation. The art is always creative and differentiated from other work you would see in the category.
